So, it’s official that ‘Ye will be headlining the Sunday (5th July) date at the Wireless Festival in Hyde Park, London. This is pretty big; it’s Kanye’s first time headlining at a festival, ever. So yeah, yesterday was the 808’s & Heartbreak listening party, and it was confirmed that the album featured no rapping by West. The entire album is sung using auto-tune, with an exception from a verse by Young Jeezy.

More interestingly though, was that ‘Ye announced he would be dropping another new album in June ‘09 – and we’re guessing for that …

Kanye jumped out at T.I’s latest gig to perform his verse for Swagger Like Us, but once on stage T.I decided to give him the stage for a while; he performed Love Lockdown, and then previewed his second single, Heartless.

After we revealed that Kanye’s fourth album would be called 808’s & Heartbreak at the start of the month, we’ve just got another tip from one of the same guys who have told us ‘Ye has planned to push the album forward a whole month, to November the 16th – and we’re all for that!

The first track has leaked from the highly anticipated Blueprint 3; initial rumors suggested the album would be entirely produced by Timbaland – though Jay cleared this up and said he would be working mostly with ‘Ye – not surprising considering the amount of time the two have been spending together …
