Compton is the birth place of West Coast gangster rap - the harsh streets were narrated by the likes of Dr Dre and Eazy E. Hip-Hops monumental NWA track Straight Outta Compton literally paved the way for the entire West Coast to appear as a heavyweight in the game.
Several years later, another emcee appeared from Compton with the ability to put Compton on his back - literally - and bring West Coast hip-hop back. Dre called him hip-hops savior. That’s big.

Young Jeezy fans will be familiar with the phrase “can’t ban the snow man!”, but if you’re not a regular Jeezy listener then we’ll recap quickly: basically, coke sellers used to wear snow man shirts to identify themselves to others as a dealer. The cops caught on to this, and tried to ban it. Obviously, the court basically laughed; a shirt with a picture of a nice friendly snowman wouldn’t be banned! So afterwards, Jeezy began using this in his lyrics in a whole bunch of tracks and wore this shirt in numerous interviews and concerts to show he meant business.
They’ve been sold out everywhere ever since. Until today, that is. Stock is slowly leaking back to merchants! Woo-hah.

Two In The Shirt, also known as ‘TIT2′ or ‘TITS’ are a fresh up and comer in the streets. They are currently based on Seattle and have their sights set on bringing modern and tasteful urban culture to the industry.

This is not the first time Algierz and UGK have collaborated together in the past, but previously there has never been a straight up Bun B shirt for the label; that has now changed! Algierz have just dropped this gem, and Bun specifically asked for them to pay respects to the Pimp in his tee. They have done so by etching the word “Long Live Pimp C!” onto Buns very own cartoon shirt.

Now I’ll be honest with you all - I’ve never heard of Bobby Fresh in my life, so I am presuming they are very new on the scene; as an urban writer, I know every urban brand there is. Bobby Fresh? Never heard of these guys, but this shirt has totally excited me.
My person favorite artist at the moment is non other than god MC J-hova. Jay-z. Jigga. Call him what you want to call him; he is the best in the game at the moment, hands down. Lil Wayne? Oh, please. He doesn’t have shit on Jay.
Enough babble - let’s check out the shirt! As I mentioned, I got totally excited over this. A new brand. “Urgh!” I thought - most urban brands come out with a bunch of crap first time round. Not these guys, though. I am totally impressed! The shirt is high quality and has quite possibly the best design relating to Jay on the front I’ve ever seen - without a doubt, I’ll be grabbing one of these myself. The shirt features the classic Jay line “Mo money, mo checks; I’m addicted to… Fresh!” from the track “Money Cash Hoes” with DMX. Dope. Really, really dope.

This new Sean John Leather jacket is one of the most sleek, stylish, cool yet still almost professional leather jackets we’ve seen here in a long time. Its common knowledge that Diddy has a thing for leather jackets (if you didn’t know that I suggest you check out a video of him performing live; chances are he’ll be wearing one) so it makes sense that he has dubbed this jacket as the flagship piece of clothing for the whole brand.
The jacket looks very clean, which is definitely a good thing; there are far too many leather jackets which are full of unnecessary pockets and other useless junk. It features a nice adjustable cinch cord on the hood (which is detachable, by the way) and also has four pockets placed very nicely around the front. There is also an interior pocket, which may be useful for some people (*cough*).
To conclude, this is a stunning jacket – without a doubt the best leather jacket in this price range that is out on the market at the moment. They are quite hard to find, but luckily there is quite a large range of them which have almost identical features but slightly different colours and price ranges. I’ve been checking the web for these as research before writing this post, and without a doubt eBay is the best place to get one at the moment, but I will keep you all posted!
