We’re not sure what happened over the past day or so, but a hurricane of new Nas information, along with two new joints, has leaked.

The first new leaked track is entitled “Sly Fox” and is produced by Stic.man (of rap group Dead Prez) - the track has Nas firing off at the Fox news network, “propaganda, visual cancer” Nas rhymes over the rock influenced beat.

The second leaked track, which I feel is slightly stronger than the previous (not that Sly Fox isn’t a solid track - it is!) is Fried Chicken with an appearance from fellow NY rapper Busta Rhymes. The track has Nas and Busta comparing Fried Chicken to women, and is a very nice track despite the short length. The track is produced by Mark Ronson, one of my favorite producers.

And finally, a tracklist for Nas’s “untitled” or “N” album was also leaked; there is no confirmation that this is indeed the final tracklist, but it looks pretty good - though “Be A Nigger Too” is missing. Hmm.

01. Queens Get The Money (Produced by Jay Electronica)
02. You Can’t Stop Us Now (feat. Eban Thomas of The Stylistics & The Last Poets) (Produced by Salaam Remi)

04. Make The World Go Round (feat. Chris Brown & The Game) (Co-produced by Cool & Dre & The Game)
05. Hero (feat. Keri Hilson) (Produced by Polow Da Don)
06. America (Produced by Stargate)
07. Sly Fox (Produced by stic.man of Dead Prez)

11. Fried Chicken (feat. Busta Rhymes) (Produced by Mark Ronson)
12. Project Roach (feat. The Last Poets) (Produced by Eric Hudson)

14. We’re Not Alone (feat. Mykel) (Produced by stic.man of Dead Prez)
15. Black President (feat. Johnny Polygon) (Produced by DJ Green Lantern)

It’s a shame that Jay-Z is not present for the album, but I can’t wait for the album regardless. Roll on July 16th - let’s hope this doesn’t get delayed again.

So, it looks like we already heard the best of the album (aka, Hero?). I shouldn’t judge without hearing it, but I just feel like this isn’t going to be anything special.

Well, everything that has leaked so far (imo) has been dope. I don’t think there is one weak track that has leaked so far… There are still 6 tracks we’ve not heard… The leaked ones are dope, if the remaining tracks are keeping up the standard, I’d say we’re in for a classic album…

With that said, I’m a huge Nas fan, so my opinion is slightly bias.
