I’m a huge fan of BK-based MC Fabolous, as are numerous other members of the Urban Lookout team, and this double disk ‘tape shows exactly why. Loso rides a behemoth of smooth, r&bish beats, and the kid doesn’t disappoint.

The mixtape features a massive 76 tracks with features from The Dream, Lil Mo, Ne-Yo, Styles P and Jadakiss to mention a few. Seventy six tracks for $9? Sign me up. Definitely worth a cop.

Stat’s free mixtape, The South Got Somethin’ To Say, has just dropped earlier today.

Plenty of good tracks and freestyles on this thing, so I highly recommend ya’ll download this. I’ve loved Stat for a few years now, and it’s a real shame the dude hasn’t had a chance to drop his album; hopefully he’ll get it sorted out soon. He also mentioned in an interview with hiphopDX that he’s going to be releasing 200-300 tracks that he recorded with Dre/Em… If he does, whoa.

The moment I heard about this DVD (about six months ago now) I was patiently waiting. Waiting, and waiting; I started believing it would never ever be here (like Dre with Detox). But nope; itâ€™s here! I just received mine in the post last week and I am so happy this was released. There are hours of footage of the worldâ€™s greatest rapper ever â€“ biggie smalls â€“ performing live. Iâ€™m in the industry right, and even I have never seen half the crack on here! He is absolutely amazing, and I canâ€™t believe all of these live performances were finally released.

If you are a fan of B.I.G â€“ or a fan of hip-hop in general â€“ you need this DVD. I donâ€™t normally say things like â€œYou NEED this DVDâ€, but fam, you NEED this DVD! Biggie is without a doubt my favourite rapper in the game ever, and I was absolutely devastated when I heard about his death. Biggie lives on through musicâ€¦ and nowâ€¦ through video too!

Honestly, I wouldnâ€™t even lieâ€¦ These performances are so god damn dope, I cannot get over it â€“ and more so, I cannot get over the fact we lost so a huge icon in hip-hop. There are only 3 other rappers alive in my opinion that have ever stepped anywhere near B.I.Gâ€™s level â€“ Nas, Em and Jigga.
