a jury member of the c-murder trial says that even though she gave the go ahead for the verdict,she want 100% convinced of his guilt.Mary Jacob (says the Times-Picayune) ended the arguing of the jurors for the sake of a young girl who could not cope with the pressure of sending someone to jail for life.
“They literally made this 20-year-old girl so violently ill,” Jacob states of the court. “She was shaking so bad. She ran into the bathroom. She was throwing her guts up. She couldn’t function anymore. That’s when I decided, the judge don’t want to listen to me, doesn’t want to listen to us? I told them, ‘You want him to be guilty? He’s guilty, now let’s get the hell out of here.”
